Anodizing
Our 6 anodizing lines produce uniform oxidation films in various colors (silver, black, gold, champagne) with strict quality inspection processes.
Painting
4 powder spraying lines using high-quality Gema Switzerland nozzles and environmentally friendly paints with strong adhesion and color retention.
CNC Machining
Advanced equipment including 12 PRATIC machining centers, Wegoma cutting machines, 30 punching machines (50-100 ton), and 10 stretch bending machines for precision processing.
Packing and Shipping
Finished products are carefully packaged with protective film and undergo strict warehouse management procedures with detailed inspection before delivery.
