Product Structure
Aluminum honeycomb panel is composed of aluminum sheet + aluminum honeycomb core + aluminum sheet. The honeycomb core consists of multi-layer aluminum foil material available in various cell sizes with unique configurations that significantly strengthen the panel without deformation.

Anodizing
6 anodizing production lines creating uniform oxidation film thickness and color. Available in silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel colors with custom options available.
Painting
4 powder spraying lines using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland with safe, environmentally friendly paint offering strong adhesion and durable color retention.
CNC Machining
Advanced machining equipment including 12 PRATIC machining centers, automatic cutting machines from Wegoma, 30 punching machines, bending machines, and milling machines for complex profile processing.
Packing & Shipping
