The fundamental principle of low pressure casting for aluminum alloys involves filling the aluminum mold with liquid aluminum alloy and completing the solidification process under low working pressure (0.06–0.15 MPa), resulting in high-quality castings.

Factory Equipment
Extrusion: Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, we produce various commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameters of 350 mm. Our largest extruder is a 6800-ton unit capable of producing industrial profiles up to 600 mm in diameter.
Anodizing: We operate 6 anodizing production lines that create uniform oxidation film thickness and color. Available colors include silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel, with custom colors available upon request.
Painting: Our factory features 4 powder spraying lines using high-quality Gema Switzerland spray nozzles and environmentally friendly paint with strong adhesive force and durable color retention.
CNC Machining: Equipped with advanced machining equipment operated by experienced technicians following strict industrial standards.
- 12 PRATIC machining centers for milling, drilling, and tapping profiles up to 6 meters long
- Fully automatic cutting machines from Wegoma for precise cutting with continuous material feeding
- 30 punching machines (50–100 tons) for thick profiles over 5 mm
- 10 stretch bending machines for precise arc and angle bending
- 10 milling machines for various planes, bevels, and grooves
