Product Description
Aluminum is the most frequently used material for aluminum castings to produce lightweight parts. The basic principle of low pressure casting of aluminum alloy is to make the liquid aluminum alloy fill the aluminum mold and undergo the entire solidification process under low working pressure (0.06 ~ 0.15MPa) to obtain high quality casting.
Precision die casting parts are widely used in hardware parts, auto motor parts, machinery parts, medical equipment, and various industrial applications.

Factory Equipment
Extrusion
Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, MetalPlus produces various standards of commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameter of 350mm. Our largest extruder is a 6800 ton unit capable of producing industrial profiles up to 600mm diameter.
Anodizing
MetalPlus has 6 anodizing production lines producing profiles with uniform oxidation film thickness and color. Available colors include silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel, with custom colors available upon request.
Painting
Our factory is equipped with 4 powder spraying lines using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland and environmentally friendly paint with strong adhesive force and durable color retention.
CNC Machining
MetalPlus is equipped with advanced machining equipment operated by experienced technicians:
- 12 PRATIC machining centers for milling, drilling, and tapping of profiles up to 6 meters
- Fully automatic cutting machines from Wegoma for precise cutting with automatic material feeding
- 30 punching machines with pressure from 50 to 100 tons for thick profiles over 5mm
- 10 stretch bending machines for precise profile bending
- 10 milling machines for various machining requirements
Packing & Shipping
Finished products are packaged manually and ready for delivery. MetalPlus adopts strict warehouse management procedures with organized storage sections and comprehensive transaction recording.
