Product Description

Aluminum is the most frequently used material for aluminum castings to produce lightweight parts. The basic principle of low pressure casting of aluminum alloy involves filling the aluminum mold and completing the solidification process under low working pressure (0.06 ~ 0.15MPa) to obtain high-quality castings.

Precision die casting parts are widely used in hardware components, automotive motor parts, machinery parts, medical equipment, and various industrial applications.

Extrusion

Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, MetalPlus produces various standards of commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameter of 350mm. Our largest extruder is a 6800-ton unit capable of producing industrial profiles up to 600mm diameter.

MetalPlus operates 6 anodizing production lines producing uniform oxidation film thickness and color. Available colors include silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel, with custom colors available upon request.

Our factory features 4 powder spraying lines using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland, with safe and environmentally friendly paint offering strong adhesive force and durable color retention.

  • 12 PRATIC machining centers for milling, drilling, and tapping of profiles up to 6 meters
  • Fully automatic cutting machines from Wegoma for precise cutting with continuous material feeding
  • 30 punching machines with pressure ranging from 50 to 100 tons
  • 10 stretch bending machines for precise arc and angle bending
  • 10 milling machines for various plane, bevel, and groove machining
