We manufacture high-performance custom aluminum alloy components for industrial heating systems. Our core products are curved skived fin aluminum heat sinks and aluminum heater frames, fabricated from 6063 aluminum alloy. We produce the aluminum structural parts only and do not supply heating elements. The high-density skived fin design delivers excellent heat dissipation performance, and we support OEM and ODM customization on dimensions, surface finish, and machining. These aluminum radiator frames are widely used in industrial heating modules, workshop heating equipment, and large-space radiation heaters.

| One-Stop Service | Customized aluminum extrusion heat sink and machining solution covering mold design, mold making, profile extrusion, machining, thermal resistance testing, thermal imaging, and power dissipation design optimization — all completed in-house to shorten the supply cycle and improve product quality |
Our company employs more than 600 people, including 50 R&D and structural design specialists, enabling us to prepare initial design drawings and heat sink specifications within the shortest possible time. Once a design is signed off, the quotation and actual lead time are confirmed with the client. The project then moves to the sampling stage, where we extrude profiles and CNC-machine samples for testing; upon approval, the prototype is sent to the client. After prototype confirmation, production proceeds. This is the most cost-effective customization method for achieving high heat sink performance.
Heat dissipation is a concern in virtually every electronic product — video cards, CPUs, chassis power supplies, and similar devices all rely on a radiator, typically an aluminum alloy electronic heat sink. Beyond everyday consumer products, many industrial high-power devices that receive less attention also depend on electronic radiators. Key applications for high-power electronic heat sinks include audio equipment, UPS and EPS power supplies, inverters, transformers, monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon, battery packs, new energy electronic controllers, charging piles, inverter power supplies, switching power supplies, IP power supplies, welding machines, communication transmitters, base stations, control cabinets, power regulators, and thyristors.

Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, we produce commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with a maximum outer diameter of 350 mm. Each line features PLC control systems and precision molds. Our largest extruder is a 6,800-ton unit used for industrial profiles in various shapes with a maximum diameter of 600 mm, allowing us to meet diverse customer requirements. Products include radiators, industrial fan blades, motor enclosures, solar cell frames, doors, and windows. We also produce custom molds to customer requirements and have the ability and experience to manufacture aluminum profiles with complex structures, supported by our in-house R&D team.
Anodizing forms a layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of aluminum alloy products when they are placed in an electrolyte solution and an electrical current is applied. Oxidized aluminum profiles offer improved corrosion resistance, withstanding various weather conditions, while the aluminum oxide layer also increases hardness and wear resistance. We operate 6 anodizing production lines producing uniform oxidation film thickness and color for a consistent appearance. Color options include silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel, with other colors available on request. All anodized products are inspected by highly trained professional inspectors; defective products that cannot be re-processed are scrapped, and products with uneven color are de-coated and re-anodized until they meet requirements, ensuring no color difference between batches.
Our factory is equipped with 4 powder spraying lines, all using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland. We use only safe, environmentally friendly paint with strong adhesive force and durable color retention.
We are equipped with highly advanced machining equipment, and all fine machining processes are performed by technicians with extensive industry experience. Strict industrial standards are applied throughout production to ensure machining precision and product quality.
Finished products are packaged manually and prepared for delivery. We follow strict warehouse management procedures: the finished product warehouse is divided into sections for specific products, all in-and-out transactions are recorded, and each product is examined before delivery.
The Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg is one of South Africa's major projects. The 94,000-seat stadium is the largest-capacity stadium in Africa. We are honored to have participated in its construction as the main aluminum supplier, and the stadium received unanimous praise after completion.
Lobster Trailers is a Nordic trailer giant, and we are proud to cooperate with them. Our professional R&D team analyzes and improves upon Lobster's designs and processes them with our excellent processing equipment and technology, minimizing production costs and improving product performance through our optimization expertise.
