Extrusion Process
With 44 aluminum extrusion lines including a 6800-ton unit, we produce commercial and industrial profiles up to 350mm outer diameter. Our capabilities include radiators, industrial fan blades, motor enclosures, solar cell frames, doors, and windows.
Surface Treatment
Six anodizing production lines create uniform oxidation films in various colors including silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel. Four powder spraying lines using Gema Switzerland nozzles ensure durable, environmentally friendly finishes.
Precision Machining
Advanced CNC equipment including 12 PRATIC machining centers, automatic cutting machines, 30 punching machines, and bending equipment for complex profile processing up to 6 meters in length.
Quality Assurance & Packaging
Strict warehouse management with manual packaging using inner plastic/PE paper interleaving and outer plywood/pallet protection. All products examined before delivery.
