Manufacturing Capabilities

Extrusion Facilities

MetalPlus operates 44 aluminum extrusion lines capable of producing commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameters of 350mm. Our largest 6800-ton extruder can handle industrial profiles up to 600mm in diameter for applications including radiators, industrial fan blades, motor enclosures, solar cell frames, doors, and windows.

Anodizing Process

Our 6 anodizing production lines create uniform oxidation film thickness and color in silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel finishes. All products undergo rigorous quality inspection to ensure consistent color and finish quality.

Painting & Coating

Our factory features 4 powder spraying lines equipped with high-quality Gema Switzerland spray nozzles, using safe, environmentally friendly paints with strong adhesion and durable color retention.

CNC Machining

MetalPlus utilizes advanced machining equipment including 12 PRATIC machining centers for milling, drilling, and tapping of profiles up to 6 meters, fully automatic Wegoma cutting machines, 30 punching machines (50-100 ton capacity), 10 stretch bending machines, and 10 milling machines for comprehensive profile processing.

Finished products are manually packaged and undergo strict warehouse management procedures with comprehensive documentation and inspection before delivery.
