- Based on customer requirements, we design extruded profile appearance, provide CAD drawings and 3D models for confirmation, customize molds, and extrude aluminum profiles that meet specifications.
- For customers with design capabilities, our R&D team analyzes and optimizes designs based on customer drawings and extrusion processing experience, using the most reasonable design to reduce production costs and improve product performance.
- We provide comprehensive "one-stop" service including product design, custom molds, aluminum bar melting and casting, extrusion profiling, precision machining, and surface treatment.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Extrusion
Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, MetalPlus produces various standards of commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameter of 350mm. Our largest 6800 ton extruder handles industrial profiles up to 600mm diameter for applications including radiators, industrial fan blades, motor enclosures, solar cell frames, doors, and windows.
Anodizing
With 6 anodizing production lines, we create uniform oxidation film thickness and color in options including silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel. Our quality control ensures no color difference between batches.
Painting
Our factory features 4 powder spraying lines using high-quality Gema Switzerland spray nozzles with safe, environmentally friendly paint offering strong adhesion and durable color retention.
CNC Machining
Equipped with advanced machining equipment operated by experienced technicians. Capabilities include 12 PRATIC machining centers for profiles up to 6 meters, automatic cutting machines from Wegoma, 30 punching machines (50-100 tons), bending machines, and milling machines for complex profile requirements.
Packing & Shipping
Finished products are manually packaged with strict warehouse management procedures. Each product is examined before delivery with comprehensive transaction recording.
