Factory Equipment

MetalPlus operates 44 aluminum extrusion lines capable of producing commercial and industrial aluminum profiles with maximum outer diameters of 350mm. Our largest 6800-ton extruder can handle complex industrial profiles up to 600mm in diameter.

Anodizing Process

Our 6 anodizing lines produce uniform oxidation films with consistent color options including silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel. Custom colors available upon request.

Painting Process

Our 4 powder spraying lines use high-quality Gema Switzerland spray nozzles with environmentally friendly paints for strong adhesion and durable color retention.
